Seabrook Island Property Owners Association Johns Island, SC 29455
The Community Services Representative provides administrative and clerical support to the organization by answering incoming calls, providing information to callers, greeting and assisting property owners and visitors, maintaining and updating databases, processing permit applicaitons, and performing administrative support.
40 hours/week. 7:30a.m. - 4:00p.m. Monday - Friday.
Education and Skills Required:
Associates degree with 2-3 years of customer service and clerical experience.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in-person, phone or electronically.
Ability to multi-task and handle incoming calls and extensive in-person and written communications.
Excellent MSOffice skills with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply rules and regulations, procedures and processes.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to sit and stand for periods of time, as well as perform intermittent tasks outdoors.
A valid Driver's License is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
