Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists residents with activities of daily living in our Memory Care Community.
- Practice infection control and special precautions in all resident care duties.
- Cooperates with the nurse on-duty to accomplish wellness and care goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 yr Memory Care experience
