Busy private golf club located close to the St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Brandon and Apollo Beach area.
Full or Part Time
Hourly rate, plus cash tips, auto gratuities and credit card tips

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Bar area is well maintained and kept up to standards.
- Provide assistance to servers in the restaurant and with table service to guests.
- Provide guests with beverage selections, both alcoholic and non alcoholic.
- Prepare beverages in accordance with club's standards.
- Maintain inventory of beers, wines and spirits.
- Set up and dismantling of bars - both service and public.
- Responsible for personal shift accounting opening and closing procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- A self-starter and team player
- Smart Serve certification required
- Extensive knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and specialty drinks
- Able to work in high demand situations
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holida
Physical Factors:
- Be able to stand and walk for up to five (5) hours without sitting.
- Clubs operate seven days per week and may be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.
