POSITION SUMMARY:

Execute set up for all events and provide friendly, professional service for all functions in accordance with Bass Pro Shops Hospitality standards. Will be responsible for serving for various sized banquets. Ideal candidates need to have a strong serving background and excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Properly set up, serve and clean up banquet functions 20%
• Understands menu, preparation and food pick up locations. 15%
• Esnures the proper storage of all assets and maintains clean and orderly work areas. 15%
• Follows mandatory service requirements. 15%
• Complies with state liquor laws and health regulations. 20%
• Facilitates all guest requests in a timely courteous manner. 15 %
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 6months experience in banquets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver's license and a safe driving record is required.
• Other Skills and Abilities: The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
