The initial assistant manager will start as a Person in Charge (PIC) as part of our management team, and plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order, customers are taken care of, and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. PIC's must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a PIC, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 40 hour week
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store

• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have the stamina to work up to 50-60 hours a weeks.
