Synopsis

Armed Security Officer’s are primarily responsible to perform security and monitoring work such as securing buildings and property, protecting personnel, equipment and material, and controlling access to work locations by employees and visitors. The armed officer will respond to emergencies, conduct inspections and perimeter checks, and access control.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• 2 years security experience (Armed)
• Pass a comprehensive Background Investigation
• Shall fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
• Medical Evaluation
• Drug Screen
• Texas Security Commission Card (level III)
• Must meet height/weight standards

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• DD214 (if served)
• Texas Security Commission Card

Certifications

• State Armed Security License (Texas Level III)
• Valid Driver’s License
