Apartment Maintenance Technician Job at Creekside at Amherst Apartments
Skyline Property Management is a family-owned company that has been in business for more than 50 years. We are currently seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Creekside at Amherst, a 175-unit property in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident/management service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that include but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, boiler system, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Snow removal
- Complete make readies
- Rotating on-call for after-hour emergencies
- Oversee community cleanliness, including common areas and grounds
- Pool/Spa maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- Customer focused
