The Arc of Bergen and Passaic is the premier private not-for profit organization of families, self-advocates, professionals and community members dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
We are seeking adult day program staff for our program located in Rutherford, NJ. Ensure the health, safety and well being of each participant, provide assistance, informal counseling and ongoing emotional support to help consumers meet their daily goals.
Job requirements:
- High school diploma
- New Jersey Driver's license
- A compassionate nature and desire to help others
