Weekend Case Manager Job at St. Patrick Center
The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Weekend Case Manager due to our agency expanding and so is our program at Rosati Place. The case manager will assist in the implementation of the daily direct care of all clients/residents in compliance with treatment and goals of the Integrated Treatment Program, among other duties. Moreover, the Weekend Case Manager will conduct comprehensive, ongoing assessments of all resident's mental illness, substance use, physical health, housing status and other relative needs. This position works less than 20 hours per week and is ineligible for benefits. The hourly range is between $20 and $25.
