While each of our Professional Services team members excels in HCM and LMS backgrounds, eSkillz strength lies in our team possessing 'guru' talents in other related arenas such as web design, coding and development, custom reporting and database knowledge, instructional design, SCORM content build, OCM methodology, project management and integrations, to name a few.

We are seeking a front-end developer to work closely work closely with our UI/UX Design team on client facing web design projects for LMS and HCM portals. This role will be a home-based position.

The ideal candidate is highly creative with experience designing and coding beautiful websites and a deep mastery of HTML and CSS. This person will enjoy a diverse workload and receive requirements and direction from the Technical Solutions Manager as they work efficiently to create mockups, generate clean code to be used in client web-based applications.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Work with UI/UX Design Team to create funtional prototypes and HTML/CSS used within the framework of client web applications.
• Make changes to existing client sites based on requirements from clients.
• Engage directly with clients and collaborate internally to accomplish project tasks
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in writing clean HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery - sourcing and manipulating
• Experience creating responsive design using Bootstrap or similar grid frameworks
• Ability to code for all major browsers and operating systems, including Android and iOS devices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with web conferencing software, such as GoToMeeting, WebEx, Microsoft Teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3 years of front-end development preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in medium-to-large organization preferred
• Experience working in a customer facing role providing quality solutions
• Must have personal access to a reliable computer (secondary computer provided by company if needed), hard-wired internet connection line and accessible mobile phone. This job is 100% virtual working from a home office.
