Badger State Staffing is hiring for, a Premier supplier and manufacturer of metal roofing and wall panel systems for commercial, residential, and agricultural structures. These openings are in a warehouse setting and do require the proper PPE which is provided by the company. Many Full-time positions are available with occasional overtime as needed. This is a local Marshfield Company looking for hard-working dedicated employees to join their team! Some manufacturing experience prefer but willing to train the right candidates!
$16 -$18 p/h – Based on position and experience!
Monday-Friday Schedule!
1st Shift - 6am-2:30pm - With overtime as needed.
Weekly Pay!
90-day temp to hire opportunities with full benefits offered upon hire!
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
- Packaging Associates - Wrapping, boxing, and labeling products.
- Shipping Coordinator – Office/Warehouse work, Inventory, overseeing all product being shipped to and from the facility.
- Folder Operator – Machine Operation, Folding and cutting product according to the order specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Set up of equipment and prepare area.
· Operate a variety of machinery.
· Keep the work site clean and organized.
· Ensure the quality of products so customers receive the correct merchandise.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL:
· Be able to work at a fast pace.
· Have a strong attention to detail.
· Able to work alone or as part of a team.
· Must lift 60 lbs. as required.
· Stand for at least 8-10 hours while reaching, bending, turning, and squatting.
· Willing to learn and have good attendance.
