We have a Warehouse Supervisor opportunity available for an individual that thrives on customer satisfaction, can motivate a team and can work independently of supervision. This is a full-time opportunity as a hands-on supervisor who actively assists the team with daily warehouse work. The work week is generally between 45-50 hours. . Our warehouse is open 7 days a week, daylight hours. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, pays close attention to detail and can keep track of multiple priorities. Candidates must have the flexibility to work until the job is done each day. To be considered, you must have prior warehouse supervisory experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be familiar with computers and have a steady work history with strong professional references.
Requirements:
- Experience leading a team of people
- Understanding of customer service; the warehouse provides a service to our front-line employees
- General shipping using UPS and or FedEx
- Provide outstanding customer service to our external and internal customers
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work weekends and until 7pm during the week
