A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE SHIPPING CLERK

As a Warehouse Shipping Clerk, you support our day-to-day warehouse operations and needs executing main key tasks such as shipping, receiving, and cycle counts. On outgoing orders, you reliably retrieve required items and load them according to the order. For incoming orders, you ensure that every expected item in the order is accounted for, then unload orders and sort them into the appropriate areas of the warehouse. Throughout, you keep accurate, detailed records and alert the appropriate team members about any inventory issues.

You observe all safety precautions and keep all areas, including the cooler, dry storage, picking area, loading dock, and bay doors, clean and organized. Your hard work keeps orders moving on time so our business can continue to run smoothly. Your satisfaction comes from working with a fantastic team and helping run an efficient warehouse!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE SHIPPING CLERK

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience

An associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent training would be preferred. Are you detail-oriented? Can you prioritize safety and accuracy while consistently meeting deadlines? Do you follow directions well? If yes, you might just be perfect for this inventory position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works Monday through Friday.
