Warehouse Production Associate & General Laborer Pay & Benefits

• $17/hr - $18.00/hr based on shift and department
• $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• Employees have access to an on-site nurse and an on-site gym
• After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a raise in hourly wage, 401k with match, investment option, ability to join the union, profit-sharing bonuses, and $1,000 referral bonuses

Warehouse Production Associate & General Laborer Hours:

• Now hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift!
• OT is scheduled into your normal schedule (5 hours per week)

Warehouse Production Associate & General Laborer Qualifications:

• At least 6+ months of prior manufacturing experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Must be looking to grow with a company as this is a career opportunity and somewhere that you can retire comfortably from
• Must be comfortable standing on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Prior experience operating a press machine is a plus
• Prior experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred including spot welding tools
• Must be able to complete accurate documentation of production
• Experience operating a tow motor or forklift is preferred but not required
