The R. M. Palmer Company, manufacturer of chocolate novelty candy for holidays, celebrations and every day enjoyment since 1948, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to be a Warehouse Lead Person at our Exeter, PA location. This opportunity exists on our second shift, with hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

This position is responsible for safely retrieving and managing warehouse stock within the warehouse facility. This involves during a 3 week rotation, identifying, pulling, and retrieving customer orders for shipment, loading trucks from staged shipments, and restocking activities. Also responsible for miscellaneous warehouse tasks, including the routine maintenance of the fork lift batteries. Must have the ability to drive a forklift and operate electric pallet jacks as necessary. Should have knowledge of handheld computers and forklift mounted computers.

In the absence of the Assistant Shipping Supervisor, this position is responsible for supervising and directing all warehouse employees in the execution of their duties and responsibilities, and to enforce all company related policies and procedures. Will enforce all GMP rules and safety regulations at all times.
