Indeed Flex is IMMEDIATELY HIRING Customer Service Workers for our dynamic client within Lebanon, TN!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

Pay: $18/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Accuracy of entry for materials and equipment orders.
• Courteous, answering phone calls promptly, faxing, and emailing orders to customers.
• Thoroughly review Aged Receivables and Payment Plans prior to releasing orders.
• Adhere to credit policies (document to be provided by VP Finance) when entering/accepting orders.
• Forward all order documents to the proper warehouse.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure the order entered matches the order placed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college-level coursework in accounting is a plus, but not required
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Account Receivable experience
• PC word processing/spreadsheet software; including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software
• Basic office equipment and machinery (PCs, copiers, fax machines, adding machines, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and work overtime on an “as needed” basis
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work under minimal supervision
