SUMMARY

Under supervision by the Warehouse Manager the Warehouseman ensures that The ICEE company is always represented in a professional and courteous manner. Customer and Service are always capitalized at ICEE and we have a commitment to success to not only our Customers but also our partners and our peers. The Warehousemen will be held to high standard of service with both internal employees and external vendors. They are to perform all aspects of the day-to-day functions of THE ICEE Company Support Center

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick orders
• Operate a pallet jack
• Prep, box and palletize for shipment
• Unload/load incoming and outgoing trucks
• Maintain work area and general upkeep of warehouse/office facility

COMPETENCIES

To perform this job successfully, the Warehouseman must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service-oriented
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs required
• Forklift certification a plus, but will train
• Must have steel toe shoes (ICEE provides uniforms)
