We are looking for full-time warehouse associates to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and know how to treat others with respect and put people first - like we do.

Essential Functions:

• Assist truck drivers in transporting and handling materials or equipment
• Manually load and unload material from trailers and sort in a prescribed manner
• Maintain inventory of materials supplied by Community Partners for the Partnership Contracts supported by this position
• Palletize pallets for Community Partner
• Exchange propane tanks as needed
• Keep dock area and warehouse always operating safely
• Adhere to agency safety/security policies, procedures, and practices and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Place specific trash in a regular or metal dumpster or compactor as assigned
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Completes daily production activity reports by Community Partner
• Ensures a neat, clean, organized, and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned

Specific Experience/Skills/Abilities:

• Tow motor experience required
• Ability to judge distance, speed, and movement of objects
• Ability to monitor indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer), and adequate distance to guide the parking of vehicles
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe is required
