The Highland River Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Delivery Manager to join our team.

This position works in our amazing Ashley HomeStore, located at 2400 US HWY 68 S, Bellefontaine, OH 43311. The Warehouse and Delivery Manager is an integral part of our retail store management team. In addition to coordinating all activities for the onsite warehouse area and ensuring the proper scheduling of customer deliveries, the Warehouse and Delivery Manager will embrace enhancing the performance and supporting the career aspirations of all associates reporting to this position. In addition, this position will partner with the other leaders onsite to drive the financial performance of the Bellefontaine retail store location. The Warehouse and Delivery Manager will participate with Highland River leaders in Ohio and Michigan in attaining overall Highland River goals and objectives while striving to enhance Highland River culture.

This position may require evening and weekend hours.

In this highly critical role, your team member experience will include:

• Leading warehouse and delivery associates
• Managing all aspects of the customer experience after the sale is complete
• Participating with the retail store management team in driving the Highland River Group "Be the Difference" culture with all associates
• Participating with entire Highland River Group Leadership Team in creating and driving the Highland River Group overall success

Requirements for Success:

• The ability to have fun
• A minimum of three (3) years prior warehouse management experience directly managing / leading warehouse and delivery team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required
• Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift, and carry items from the delivery truck to the customer’s home
