As a Designer at Chegg you’ll be joining a dedicated creative team of makers, developers, copywriters, and producers who are all passionate about helping students achieve their best in school and beyond. You’ll be on a team of talented visual thinkers, who thrive on collaboration and push each other to create exceptional creative solutions. Designers on the team work on everything from brand landing pages, social media content, performance assets, to robust brand campaigns.
You love all things design, you have your finger on the pulse of current trends and are hungry to explore new ways of solving problems. If you’re up for the challenge and ready to produce some great content with an exceptional team of partners, we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, motion-designers, cross - functional partners to develop paid advertising, internal branding, and everything in-between.

Work on multiple projects and prioritize needs with your team to ensure projects are delivered on point and on deadline.

Help maintain the Chegg brand across multiple touchpoints and help push the brand guidelines to be a wonderful expression of the brand and the student experience.
Who we’re looking for:

Creative Chops. You have an eye for layout, typography, color theory, illustration, and everything in between. You’re versed in everything from social to campaign to paid and websites. You’ve had a hand in everything from billboards to animated content and everything in-between. Your killer portfolio has a range of audiences, channels, and industries.

Agile. You thrive when given a challenge and love to think out of the box. You find solutions no matter what’s thrown at you. You can seamlessly prioritize, delegate, and stay calm under pressure.

Upbeat. Creative is fun. You’ve got a positive attitude, highly collaborative, curious, kind and enjoy your work. You love to partner with others and believe that a great idea can come from anywhere. -
The basics
-
2-4 years of experience in graphic design or visual communications
-
Knowledge of graphic design principles, layout, typography, print and digital design
-
Social expertise, understanding the platforms and their features intimately
-
Experience with the Figma, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (AE and Premier are a nice to have!)

Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
The pay range for this position is $54,094 to $133,947. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
