Chegg is looking for a Vendor Operations Project Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the success of content delivery as part of our vendor management group. The ideal candidate will have a background in large-scale project management, operations, educational content development, or tech. This role requires project management capabilities, collaborating with global teams, and great communication skills, along with the high motivation to achieve results. Responsibilities:
- Aid in developing and disseminating onboarding materials for new content development efforts
- Ensure progress against project milestones from inception to final deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output for projects
- Drive vendor communications regarding service delivery targets and any related initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Program Owners, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics and Product.
- Monitor service delivery KPIs and content performance and adjust content lifecycle using insights
- Participate in forecasting for project including impacts to cost and deliverables.
- Identify and address any impediments to project success and implement mitigations as needed.
- Efficiently prioritize competing tasks according to business priorities
- Maintain project budget accruals, invoicing, and changes to purchase orders
Qualifications:
- 4+ years content, operations, project/program management, or relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and superior organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Some schedule flexibility to enable collaboration with global team
- A flexible and adaptive mindset
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills
- Advanced computer proficiency skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
