Essential Job Duties
Perform a variety of masonry maintenance and repair tasks, finishing concrete, asphalt and assist with other trades as needed.
Repair damaged or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water supplies
Operation with damaged electric cables in the event of a short circuit or broken cable
Maintaining HVAC equipment in the building to maintain the proper functioning of the air conditioning in the facility
Applying preventive measures on the building to reduce the risk of future problems such as applying sealant to a flat roof
