- Estimated annual base pay: $120,000 (minimum) - $150,000 (midpoint)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a University Relations Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The University Relations Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining University, College and professional organization partnerships as well as providing strategic direction that will enable the organization to hire a diverse cohort of early career talent. They will also be responsible for establishing a network of internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for university relations best practices, strategies, processes, quality benchmarks, and standards for recruiting
- Strategic design of intern and early career programs
- Provide insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to our Leadership Team on the campus environment, digital innovations and best practices across UR to ensure best in class talent results and increase our attractiveness to the next generation of leaders
- Strategy development and of targeted institutions and professional organizations to support diversity recruiting initiatives
- Establishes a network of internal stakeholders to create and grow relationships with various associations and schools to grow Woodward’s presence at these institutions and organizations
What We Are Looking For
- Direct experience in university relations and/or creating and establishing university relations programs
- Experience in the development and administration of a university relations/intern program and possess a deep and broad network of relationships with universities and professors
- Knowledgeable in social media outlets including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required in relevant field of study
