Riverview has an immediate opening for a Warranty Administrator to take care of our busy shop and our shop in Redding. You would join our team of 95 employees company wide employees. Flexible hours as long as you are doing the work and taking care of the job at hand.

Pay Range: $28-$33/hr depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim
• Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
• Communicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
• Prepares, reviews, and processes warranty claims
• Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership
• Schedule warranty appointments, and educates customers to set expectations.
• Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.
• CDK knowledge is a plus.
• Cummins warranty knowledge is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of Diesel Truck Parts and Service.
• Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
• Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Must have strong math skills
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
