Overview

Our Transaction Services Corporate team plays a critical role in the management of fixed income trades between the execution and trade settlement. Supporting the robust Fixed Income business, you will work in a fast-paced environment, performing key control, reconciliations, and bookings. You will also be involved in strategic initiatives, perform system testing and contribute to booking substantiations/audits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile various front office/back office and Omni breaks

• Monitor and action trade validation queues

• Reconcile daily positions & pricing to accurately summarize desk Profit & Loss (P&L) statements in a timely manner

• Perform various P&S functions

• Process P/L entries in ICI

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills: ability to utilize different techniques to resolve problems

• Knowledge of ADP, ICI and eSpear a plus

• Must be a team player

• Communicate efficiently and effectively

• Must be detail oriented
