Hannum's Harley-Davidson is looking for a Title Clerk for their Media and Chadds Ford locations. The canidate will be located in our Media locations. Title Clerks are responsible for preparing and processing title paperwork to transfer property ownership of the motorcycles. The Title Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all information from the records is accurate, answering telephone calls, and maintaining their documents. The Title Clerk must be confidention with all of their information they are handleing. A Title Clerk also explains the title transfer process to customers and responds to their queries. Will be handling customers from PA and other states.

We are looking for an applicant with 3-5 years experience as a Title Clerk. The ideal candiate must have great communication and orgainzation skills within their wheelhouse. Must be tech savvy. Being a regisetred PA notary is a bonus but not required. The schedule will be Monday Through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Will work side by side with other Title Clerks of our other locations.

Job Tasks and Duties

·Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships

·Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax, or telephone in a professional, customer- focused manner.

·Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.

·Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.

·Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.

·Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

·Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.

·Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $33,500.00 per year
