HIGHLIGHTS:

• Please note: This is for test proctoring and will be in person in the State of Michigan Only.
• NHA is offering a monthly incentive for all subs.
• $75.00 for every 5 days subbed with an NHA Partner School (max $300.00 per month).
• This is a monthly incentive and is paid out in the month following.
• Example - if you sub 10 days in August, will be paid an additional $150.00 in first payroll in September.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to execute a lesson plan that is assigned by the teacher.
• Provide clear instruction and assist scholars in understanding a subject matter while maintaining discipline and control of the classroom.
• Demonstrate moral focus and personal values to all stakeholders.
• Self-starter with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership, and a passion for educating students.
