Test Prep Enrollment Advisor Job at Kyo Standard Test Prep
Enrollment Advisors will be those who interact with qualified prospects and students by telephone and email. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively with an ambitious client base. This is a part-time, sales position for Kyo Standard Test Prep products and services.
Friendly and enthusiastic personality with the ability to quickly develop trust, rapport, and strong relationships.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly with the drive to perform and excel.
A highly competitive nature with demonstrated success exceeding sales goals.
Outstanding telephone and/or written chat skills with expertise in effective listening, communication, probing, and problem resolution.
Above-average computer skills.
No qualms starting conversations with people you don’t know
Ability to manage your own time and work remotely from your manager, teammates, and clients
An ethic of personal responsibility; a need to hold yourself accountable on behalf of a team
Experience in test preparation, academic support, or admissions a plus
Available to work until 10 P.M. EST as well as work on Saturday or Sunday
Able to have multiple written chat conversations at one time
Understand buying signs and has experience with quickly identifying customer pain points
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
