Our Technology team is looking for a Technology Coordinator to join our New York based teams who will provide help, support and coordination across our global technology, production and development teams, reporting to the Head of Technical Project Management.
As a Technology Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting developers by facilitating continuous improvement, problem-solving and guiding the team through workflows using agile principles and values when required, as well as liaising with production and stakeholders on priorities.
You will work closely with colleagues across the Technology division including individuals from Pipeline, Systems, Software and Real-time technology, as well as collaborating in multiple production areas across Integrated Advertising, Film, TV, and Immersive departments.
This role within the global Technology division is a demanding but rewarding role with lots of room for growth and development. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised with great communication skills and a can-do attitude, ideally with a background in our industry or a keen interest in technology and visual effects.
What you’ll do
Administrative support tasks including work with development teams to track and prioritize the development and categorization of support tickets via our ticketing queue.
Project coordination assistance alongside the Project Manager - ensuring support and development work is well defined with clear, objective and actionable goals.
Crossfunctional collaboration and building strong inter-departmental relationships with show leads (Supervisors, Leads, and Producers) and key stakeholders.
Some diary management and arranging global meetings, including organizing scheduled and unscheduled meeting minutes and follow-up communications
Provides regular progress reports and updates to the division leadership team and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
Professional experience in the visual effects, games or similar entertainment industry
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Detail-driven and excellent problem-solving skills
A passion for support work within a technical setting
Experience with a ticketing or documentation system
Experience working within an agile environment
Strong Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills
You might also have:
An understanding of the VFX pipeline and knowledge of CG software
Professional experience with JIRA and Confluence
New York City Employees: Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
The posted range describes the minimum to maximum range for this job description in the state of New York. The range is posted in accordance with the New York City Pay Transparency Bill. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
