We are successful due to our high level of customer service, consultative approach to clients, and providing a great work environment or our Technical Consultants.

• Clients primarily use Network Specialists for proactive IT Support & Maintenance: Managed Services and/or Onsite Maintenance visits, Specialized IT Projects, Hardware & Licensing needs, Subscription Management, and much more!
• To ease the workload, our technicians have the support of a Project Management team and a dedicated Sales & Admin team assisting them in account management needs, quote requests, and licensing & subscription management.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Minimal weekend and evening availability
• $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Microsoft Windows Server: 2 years (Required)
• Active Directory: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Windows: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office/Exchange 365 migration: 2 years (Required)

Technical Requirements:

We understand a candidate will have various strengths & weaknesses in each of these areas:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network / Systems integration and administration
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Extensive experience with our core focus areas:
• Microsoft Server – 2008- present
• Configure network services: Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL
• Microsoft Windows desktop environments
• Troubleshooting of Microsoft network environments
• Virtualization technology knowledge (Hyper-V and VMWare)
• Infrastructure knowledge in Sophos, Fortinet, SonicWALL, etc.
• Install and configure/maintain switches, firewalls, & wireless solutions.
• System backup and disaster recovery solutions – Datto, Axcient
• Hardware knowledge for HP/Dell workstations and servers
• Office/Exchange 365 Migrations & Maintenance
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (a plus)
• Experience with Autotask (a plus)
• Handle Onsite and Remote PC support & end user troubleshooting requests

Consulting Skills Required:

• Provide superior customer service at all times, both internal and client-facing.
• Provide both onsite and remote break/fix support solutions
• Design, plan, install, configure, migrate to, support and document, independently and/or as part of a team, best practice solutions to meet current and future business and technical requirements of our clients.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
