Description

This role will support the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Early Talent team as a Talent Acquisition Associate.

What You’ll Do

Full-cycle recruiting for functional interns and recent college graduate roles. This includes candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate offers, post-offer steps, and onboarding.

Responsible for intern program ownership and strategy.

Collect recruitment data.

Assist with on-campus recruitment strategy and representation.

Perform any other necessary business assignment from time to time as it occurs.

Relevant HR/Recruiting experience

Experience in Early Talent Recruiting

Experience in Workday

Knowledgeable in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain talent space
