Description:

Responsibilities • Maintain data center systems in US (300 systems in 2022, growing next year) for US-based team • 24x7 on-call for systems • Equipment installation and configuration • Assist Cybersecurity team in monitoring and remediation • On-site unless remote management possible (depending on issue) • Direct interaction with customers to solve issues • Assist growing team by researching industry tools and developing a point of view on tools and processes for managing remote compute • Assist growing team by helping with test planning and test execution.

Aruba is a plus). • Data Centre Cybersecurity familiarity (config firewalls-Palo Alto is a plus) • Competency in hardware installation and configuration • Creating and updating configuration documentation and improve and contribute to documentation • Windows client OS • Use technical documentation for guidance • Collaborative and good communication skills • Curious and life-long learner
