Qualifications:
- Machine trades schooling or equivalent work experience in precision machining.
- Read and write in English and perform basic calculations.
- Inspection experience using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.
- Medical Device or component manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Essential Duties:
- Operate 9 axis CNC Swiss machines including tool changes and offsets.
- Verify all products meet quality specifications by using microscope, vision systems, CMMs, and hand inspection tools.
- Complete required documentation for all jobs and enter data into ERP system, QC calc, and SPC.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
Manufacturing environment, exposure to heat, noise, dust, dirt, oil and water. Sitting, Standing, Walking, Kneeling, Bending, Reaching, Talking, Seeing, Hearing
