JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Loyalty Projects Coordinator will support the day-to-day requirements of the Sandals Select Rewards loyalty program including the development and execution of marketing campaigns, communication programs and data analytics. The candidate must comfortable working both independently and part of a team, and must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy day-to-day challenges of a fast-paced environment.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate projects from conceptual development to execution, for assigned projects, campaigns, and programs.
- Implement, coordinate, and execute Loyalty initiatives providing updates and reviews to the required cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and maintain a calendar of events, sales, launches and related projects.
- Open job requests and follow up with the relevant department owners until job is completed.
- Draft some copy and review print materials, emails, social media posts and websites to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist the team in coordinating various initiatives, communications, integrated marketing communications and standard operating procedures.
- Create ARFs (Approval Request Forms) and ORs (Operational Review) for various initiatives.
- Administrative tasks, including setting up calls, taking meeting minutes, format a calendar, etc
- Day-to-day cross-departmental collaboration.
- Generate internal communications such as memos and campaign documents
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Strong command of Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with project management tools like Monday.com or Microsoft Tasks
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all level of employees and partners
- Demonstrates problem solving and leadership ability
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to write reports, memos, business correspondence, and presentations
EXPERIENCE:
Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Marketing Coordinator competently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years related experience in Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
