ABI is looking for an talented individual to join our Professional Services (“PS”) team as a Consultant for the ABI MasterMind® (“ABIMM”) system. The PS team assists new and existing clients including but not limited to: software implementation, advanced product support, end user training, project management, quality assurance testing, and documentation input for ABIMM. Consultants partner with our clients to analyze their processes and advise them on how to use ABIMM to meet their business objectives and overcome problems; this work may be performed remotely or onsite. Along with managing projects, ABI staff will also work with other Professional Services team members and assist in daily operations to make sure all of our clients receive quick and thorough responses.

Roles & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Become an expert and understand all functions of the ABIMM system
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support to client which includes: Processing and documenting client requests through internal CRM system and communicating resolutions. Troubleshooting and researching client issues through collaboration with other consultants. Coordinate with in house staff on prioritizing/completing client tickets and outstanding requests
  • Utilize project management tools in the oversight and implementation of new client databases and client projects
  • Maintain detailed documentation on client requirements, processes, and standards
  • Develop structure for system data and configure client databases
  • Conduct basic and advanced training on ABIMM modules in a variety of situations: one-on-one, small group, or large group (both onsite and remote)

Consulting Staff may advance to perform Project Lead or System Architect tasks based on aptitude and skills. These roles are responsible for managing the implementation of new clients and high level consulting on business and software application.

Education/Experience:

Required

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience Software/Systems Consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
  • High-Level Customer Service Experience

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to learn a new enterprise WFM/HCM system
  • Client first mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to work and critical thinking
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
