Rivet Events is an Atlanta-based Wedding and Entertainment company that exists to make memories last forever. We do this through Photography, Videography, DJ, Photobooth, and event planning services that help create a stress-free wedding or event experience. THE ROLE AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT

At Rivet Events, client experience is of the utmost importance. With the growth Rivet Events has experienced, it has become crucial to have a strategic plan to share the content from hundreds of weddings through social media. As our sales teams connect with hundreds of brides every month, we want to back them up with amazing storytelling through social media about how Rivet Events creates stress-free wedding

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly:

• Monthly Team Call
• Monthly Weddings post
• Monthly Recap as reel

Weekly: (10 hours per week, estimated)

• attend staff meeting (1 hr)
• Post-day of content from weddings to reels
• 10 posts a week (2 hr)7 photo content

3 video content

• 3 reels a week using trending music (1.5 hr) (IG, TIKTOK, VIMEO, YOUTUBE, WEBSITE)
• Blog post using unfold (1 hr)
• upload new videos (VIMEO, YOUTUBE, WEBSITE)
• all of the below

Daily:

• Engage with our audience by commenting on posts we are tagged in
• Engage with our audience by commenting back to people who comment on our stories and post
• Daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
• Instagram Story: Consistently keep 8 (minimum) and 15 (max) stories goingPhoto

Share quality content from people who tag us on InstagramThere's so much value in sharing because it strokes people's ego and makes them continue sharing, which is good for us.
