Social Media Coordinator Job at Association for Advancing Automation
The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) is looking for a creative, outgoing, strategic and detail-oriented professional to be the active face of A3’s social media by developing and curating engaging social media content, monitoring engagement and replying to questions, comments and inquiries.
The successful candidate will join our talented team of 26. We are headquartered in Ann Arbor, but offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work elsewhere and come to Ann Arbor, Michigan for meetings when needed. You'll be a key member of North America's leading automation trade group, representing more than 1,100 company members from around the world. Responsibilities
· Monitoring social media trends across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to identify content opportunities
· Develop social media graphics, gifs and other content as needed
· Working with video producers, and other vendors as needed for creation and production of social media content
· Attending events and producing live on-site social media content
· Daily monitoring of social media channels and interacting with posts as A3.
· Collaborating with marketing team to execute social media calendar, in concert with all promotional priorities and needs
· Assisting in the development and management of influencer marketing strategy
· Presenting organic social media analytic reports to marketing team on a monthly basis
· Suggesting new ways to grow our social media presence, including new channels, new content
· Planning and managing social media calendar to prioritize A3 organizational needs, in alignment with marketing team
· Supports in the marketing of association programs and resources
· Provides support and assistance to staff members for conferences, trade shows, meetings and other events, both prior to and at events, as needed
Qualifications
· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
· 2-4 years of experience in high-quality social graphic/gif creation
· 2-4 years of experience of social media interactions from a professional account
· Experience in Adobe Suite platforms a plus
· Vendor relationship experience
· Experience working with platforms like Higher Logic, Informz, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar
· Experience in creation and presentation of social media analytical reports
· Familiarity with Microsoft Teams a plus
· Past experience in association work a plus
