Serving the Oconomowoc & Lake Country area, Wally's Landscaping has been a leader in landscape design, installation, and maintenance. With creative designs, quality work, and outstanding service, we have grown into one of the most recognized and respected landscapers in Oconomowoc.

We are looking for for individuals who have experience with hardscaping, landscaping, and snow removal. We are a full-service lawn care business, as well as providing landscaping, hardscaping, tree maintenance, excavation, decorative stone and patio design, concrete , grading, snow removal, and retaining wall design and installation.

Qualifications Lead Plow Operator:

Must have experience in operating heavy equipment such as skid loaders, lawn equipment, dump truck (non-CDL), drive snow plow equipment, and be able to haul equipment trailers.

SNOW TEAM PAY RATES (compensation based on skills and experience)

Snow and Salt Plow Drivers Premium pay $25- $35/hr (Valid Driver's License and responsible Driving Record Required)

MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEAR'S EXPERIENCE DRIVING A SNOW PLOW FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL properties.

Duties may include, on-call availablity to assist in our winter snow and ice removal operation. This seasonal position runs through the month March/April.

Servicing the Lake Country ares residential and comercial. landscape/hardscape installations, snow removal, and weekly required equipment maintenance.

Dependability a must! Applicants must possess reliable transportation, and be available for on-call and short notice. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Must be at least 18 years of age with a clean driving record.

Individuals must be detailed orientated, dependable, able to work individually or on a team.

$25.00-$35.00/hr based on experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.
