Site Admin- Oakland, CA

Advertised Pay Range: $20/hour

1st shift: 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM

General Information:

Creative Packaging is a rapidly growing, fast-paced manufacturing company who is looking for a full-time Site Admin at our Bedford Park, IL location. This position will work to support the Site Manager. This position will collect BOLs and ensure they are signed, guide new hires through the onboarding process, and track shipping and receiving orders. This position will report directly to the Site Manager in IL but include contact with the Customer Service Representatives, Human Resources Manager, Accounts Payable, and Operations Managers.

Job Description:

-Collect Packing list and BOLs, ensure they are signed and dated, and send them to the correct department.

-Track incoming shipments. Ensure that what is on the packing slip is correct and all products have been received.

-Assist in onboarding by helping employees complete new hire paperwork and sending to HR.

-Participate in safety committee and track safety observations and incidents for site.

-Help with scheduling and tracking inbound and outbound trucks as needed.

-Maintain the shipping and receiving log.

-Track temp agency employees. Ensure that employees are switched from temporary to company employees in a timely manner.

-Track vacation and personal days for all employees on site.

-Assist with completion of FMLA paperwork as needed.

-Ensure that timesheets are completed in a timely manner and sent to Payroll.

-Fill in for production as needed.

-Able to work as a team with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-All other task as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Highly organized with strong record keeping and documentation skills.

-Comprehensive understand of Microsoft office suite.

-Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

-Ability to manage time and think critically.
