Glacier Precast Concrete is now hiring for a full time Shop Foreman/Supervisor to support the production team at their facility in Kalispell, MT! The ideal candidate will bring their proven leadership skills and relevant industry knowledge, as well as their willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. We are willing to train on the industry standards for the right candidate!

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a supervisor or leadership role within the construction or manufacturing industry
• Task and time management skills with the ability to meet customer deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Heavy equipment/forklift operating experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined or welding skills desired
• A willingness to learn and support many areas of the company as needed
• Ability to perform physical labor duties safely including lifting/carrying 50 pounds frequently
• Valid driver's license
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

The Shop Foreman/Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all production staff to ensure production quotas and deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Ensure all safety protocols are being followed by all staff
• Operating forklift and cranes to move finished products into assigned areas of the facility
• Maintaining shop equipment and repairing concrete forms as needed
• Serve as a primary communicator between production floor and front office

Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
