This Service Assistant position assists incoming patients and visitors in valeting and retrieving their vehicle, as well as assisting with other patient/visitor needs and parking management operations.

Education an Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valet attendant/customer service experience preferred
• Possess driver's license with unblemished driving record

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers and the general populace.
• Park and retrieve valet vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist valet visitors to their vehicles
• Assist patients/valet customers with wheelchairs, and transporting them to their destination as needed
• Coordinate and assist with traffic flow, and operations at main entrance
• Report suspicious or dangerous activity at the main entrance/parking lots to public safety
• Collect valet revenue, make change and secure all funds accordingly
• Maintain valet vehicle information

Hours: Day Shift 8:30a - 5:00p
