Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing and supporting a wide range of cutting edge technologies that support our clients. Our ideal candidate is a driven individual that has a passion for technology, loves challenges, and wants to actively make a contribution in a dynamic and growing environment. Our next Senior Systems Engineer will work alongside a very talented and close-knit team to constantly improve and implement new technology solutions. Experience working at or with a managed service provider or IT consulting experience is preferred but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

*Scheduled remote and onsite consulting and engineering services *Subject to Covid restrictions.
*New installations, upgrades and constant improvement of technology solutions.
*Troubleshooting complex systems and network problems.
*Working with cutting edge tools and methodologies for managing and securing our clients.

* Compellent Storage Arrays
* VMware Products
* Microsoft Azure
* MAC OS
* Citrix Solutions
* Palo Alto Networks
* Experience with system performance, error reporting and monitoring tools such as ConnectWise Manage, Control, Auvik, and IT Glue
* Experience designing and implementing solutions at an enterprise level
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information with our clients
