Duties:

• Negotiate, process and execute Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) as well as amendments to existing agreements
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management partners with gathering requirements, supplier negotiation preparation, contracting and onboarding process
• Develop business relationships to gain an understanding of their requirements, to assist in the execution of their strategic goals and objectives.
• Participate in joint meetings with internal clients to assist in the data collection required for forecasting, demand management, and supplier selection.
• Ensure compliance to Procurement policies, procedures and processes.

Ability to:

• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Ability to identify trends and suggest appropriate corrective action.
• Ability to think critically and structure analysis to solve poorly defined problems.

Skills:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of services procurement and full life cycle of executing agreements specifically contract negotiation and management
• Knowledge and experience in negotiating and executing MSAs
• Superb written and oral communication skills; professional and concise
• Must have critical thinking skills in procurement services and ability to problem solve
• Must be self sufficient
• **Experience within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required**

Education:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
