WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Accurately verify and analyze paperwork received for work performed and invoice the customers based on their specific billing requirements.
- Reconcile reports, ledgers, and spreadsheets to ensure accurate billing so the company is properly compensated.
- Ensure processes are completed in compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the Business Code of Conduct.
- Maintain paper and electronic files, and run routine reports, filings, and queries.
- Complete additional tasks during month and year-end.
- Communicate necessary information to other stakeholders including operations, purchasing, vendors, customers, and finance.
- Contribute to a team effort with various data entries and clerical assignments.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable and Billing experience.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, and experience with related software and databases.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively.
