Job summary
The Seasonal Trainer is responsible for the execution of Behind the Smile, a new Tier 1
new hire onboarding program within NACF, with a focus on providing a welcoming,
exciting, and engaging new hire experience. The Seasonal Trainer plays a key role in
driving the success of the onboarding program by supporting new hires in acclimating
to their roles and feeling connected to Amazon culture. The Seasonal Trainer also
works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants and associates
to constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is
assigned.
To succeed, the Seasonal Trainer will need to communicate effectively, execute
tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. In addition, and

Key job responsibilities
- Execute a consistent, best-in-class new hire experience in a rapid and complex
- Using a hands-on approach, engage and excite newly hired employees in a
- Drive operational mechanisms to ensure an exceptional, reliable onboarding
- Facilitate a smooth transition from onboarding to in-path training while
- Analyze and interpret metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement
- React quickly to serve as a resource for specific barriers and determining the
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across disparate
- Support a 24/7 environment that has multiple shifts and seasonal staffing
- Amazon Operations and Distribution is a 24/7 environment and shifts may
