PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be proactive in the search for new sales opportunities. This includes but is not limited to: working with management to create and execute sales strategies for target markets, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying and qualifying customer needs, and presenting and selling appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain prospect list; follow up on company-provided leads
• Process orders and assisting in providing resolution to any post-sales issues
• Submit and follow up on warranty claims
• Assist with new hire training
• Comply with pricing guidelines issued by the Company
• Acts as a single point of contact to customer for product recommendation, policy application, and value-added support
• Achieve sales, profitability, and operational objectives of the Weaver Sales Team
• Comply with all Company policies according to the Employee Handbook or as directed by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in a sales or customer facing environment
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and creative writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of relevant marketing and sales KPIs and how to develop, maintain, and report against established objectives

• Coachable, confident, and displays a strong work ethic
• Highly organized problem solver with excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and contribute to overall team’s success
• Ability to work independently to create and drive compelling strategic business plans while working in a team-selling environment
• Ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently to successfully complete sales tasks
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus

Additional Notes:
The work environment will require sitting, standing, and conducting business in areas where PPE may be required. Employee may expect to conduct sales calls in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour
