We are looking for an innovative, experienced and energetic Sales Account Executive to join our growing team at Dizzy Lizzy/Keep in touch. They will be responsible for developing and building new accounts/retailers. Our target customers are Kohls, Belk, Target, Walmart, Ascena Group, Gap inc, Stitchfix, Macys, Family Dollar etc..They will maintain a designated collection of items and work to create a cohesive merchandise mix to optimize sales volume and profitability based on emerging market trends, past sales/revenue, and established assortment strategies.

We are eager to speak to a highly experienced Sales Professional who has a proven track record of working in the Fast Fashion Juniors/Young Contemporary/Missy market, who thrives working in a fast paced and evolving organization. You will be highly driven, organized, analytical, and commercially minded with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.

Key accounts: target, walmart, maurices, gap, old navy, kohls, jcpenny, macys, etc

The position reports directly to the VP of Sales and is based in Los Angeles, CA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and the ability to create and execute programs to increase sales of existing and new accounts

- Devise seasonal merchandise plans by monitoring sales, analyzing style performances, and market trends; fill assortment plans, ensuring that merchandise concepts are aligned with assortment strategies

- Coordinate with cross-functional partners in Production, Design, and Sales in order to make sure designs are adoptable, costs are measured, and concepts are clearly defined

- Partner with the Design team to devise seasonal concepts and to identify exploitable/emerging trends

- Perform competitor and market analysis by researching competitors’ price points, promotional campaigns, and emerging trends in colors, materials, and categories

- Individual must come to the company's office in Los Angeles, CA

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Must have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion, Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field

- At least 4-5 years of Sales/Merchandising experience within expertise in Juniors fashion

- Fast Fashion Juniors/Young Contemporary/Missy background

- A successful track record of high volume business growth and bottom line results

- Must have high fashion intelligence and a broad-based business acumen

- Acute fashion sense with proven ability to envision and interpret fashion trends

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong desire to work in the fashion industry and demonstrate an ability to identify and foresee fashion trends

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis

- Must be a team player with a good attitude

- Being highly organized is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $95,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year or DOE
