Safety Engineer (40135) - 5+ Years Experience Job at Palmer Group

Responsibilities:
- Work to identify factors that lead to increased safety awareness in our facilities
- Conduct accident investigations with results that are focused on root causes and corrective actions
- Work towards solutions with our internal team in support of an accident-free work environment
- Assure multi-site implementation of company safety policies and procedures
- Provide accurate technical guidance on health and safety issues
- Conduct routine internal safety audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- 5+ years of experience in an Employee Health and Safety role while in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to track safety data
- Strong presentation skills in both preparation and delivery
- Knowledge of OSHA, Environmental and Worker's Compensation regulation
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 per year
