The Role
The Clinical RN Supervisor is a key player in the Surgical Services & Nursing team. Perfect for a charge or experienced nurse interested in making a move into leadership, this role helps keep the department on track. You will help ensure the department runs smoothly by identifying opportunities for improvement, focusing on operations, and orienting new employees to the department. You will be a true partner to the director, elevating the capabilities of the whole team, including through education.

Qualifications
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Certification in Operating Room Nursing (CNOR) required or will complete in one calendar year from date of hire
- BSN preferred
- Three years surgical services (RN) experience required
- Minimum three years leadership/supervisory experience required
- Knowledgeable about appropriate practice acts including Nurse Practice Act, Health Care Assistant Act, etc., and regulatory agencies
