(RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor:

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in the facility

• Administrating treatments and documentation

• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs

• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis

• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs

• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor:

• Must have an active RN license in the state of CT

• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and the ability to work as a team.
